Supportive Housing for the Next Chapter of Open Door
Open Door is raising $2.5 million to build a new 12-unit apartment complex on 13th Street, next door to our church and community center. This project will create deeply supportive, accessible housing for neighbors who need care, connection, and community close by.

Open Door is planning to build a new apartment complex on land we already own next to our church and community center. This location matters. It places housing next to the relationships, resources, and support that help residents stabilize and thrive.

For nearly 30 years, Open Door has followed a simple calling: come near, share life, and make room for people too often left out.
Today, Open Door provides supportive housing to around 150 people every night, including 12 units we already own and operate on 13th Street.
Because Open Door already owns land on the same block, we have a timely opportunity to double the housing we own there by adding 12 more apartments. This campaign will strengthen the future of our supportive housing program and deepen a model of care rooted in proximity, stability, and community for neighbors who need a higher level of support, connection, and accessibility.
